Noise after oil change...
Don't know for sure, but I'm sure the filter has an anti drain back valve to prevent the oil from draining out while the engine is off. That's why it doesn't do it at normal start up. Most engines will make noise, when you have an empty oil filter after an oil change. If you want to prevent this, you can either turn it over with the coils disconected,or fill the filter with oil the best you can. Or just live with it, it won't kill the engine. I'm sure the dealers don't go above and beyond just starting the engine. Good luck

I bet if its only a few seconds its just building up auto pressure. I wouldn't worry about it, but you might want to run a bottle of AutoRX through it. You pickup screen might be a little clogged.
Also, use a synthetic oil like Shell Rotella 5w40 synth. It's a good reasonably priced oil with a good additive pack.

Funny thing, I used Castrol 5w40 synthetic this time (and did not charge the filter or crankt the engine over, talkin to some friends and forgot to), the car started up perfectly and hummed quieter then when I used Mobil1 0w40... Since then starting the car seems to produce less initial sound and the car sounds quieter when it idles as well...Might just be my imagination but it seems to rev quieter andsmoother as well... Just FYI for anyone wondering how this went...
