Iam changing the oil on my 97 1.8T a4 and I cant git the bolt loose can someone help thanks

 

Sounds like it has been over tightened. Try slipping a bog closed end wrench over the end of the socket handle to get some extra leverage. And when you put the drain plug back in, use a copper gasket. If you change that copper gasket EVERY time you change your oil, you should not have to tighten the drain plug so tight.

 

i had that problem too but then i released b/c of the location or the bolt and where i was i was turning it the wrong way. i know that sounds stupid but u might want to try it. u want to go counter clockwise.
