buy amsoil 5w40 european synthetic and do a seafoam treatment including seafoam in the crank case it should clean everyting out by the time youre amsoil comes and get a jumbo filter of mobile 1 highmilage it will take about 4.75 quarts

ive always been partial to mobile one but any VAG approved oil... im sure there is some reason amsoil isnt on the list...

i like the mobil 1 filters.. they are the same size as the big OEM one and are heavier too...it said it has sythetic fibers if that makes a difference......

ive also always done mine every 5k, hopefully to keep sludge down, especially now that im chipped......
