Do NOT buy anything from autozone for a cv boot repair.
The entire outer cv boot repair kit is around 60 bucks at the dealer and comes with
a new boot, center hub bolt, clamps, crush washer, and snap ring.
You need to rent either a slide hammer or a gear puller to get the outer cv joint off the shaft, other than that its all basic tools.
