Default Outer CV boot issue

I took my car to the audi dealer for a free inspection and found out that the outer CV boots needs to be replaced. I looked up online and found the parts for CV Joint boot kits for $15

Audi A6 CV Boot - Audi A6 CV Boot Kit - Front Outer 2.8 Liter

and $87 for CV joint kit

Audi A6 CV Joint - Audi A6 CV Joint Kit - Front Outer

I am not sure which one to order or should I order the axle? The axle cost is $55 but I have to return the core (original axle)?

Does anyone have any suggestion? I found out it would cost $225 to replace the axle in lansing mi...

btw, does the blauparts.com sell genuine audi parts?

Do you know if the boot just ripped? If it's only been ripped for a short while and you don't notice any weird issues from the CV joint, you might be able to get away with just replacing the boot.

BTW, I don't believe Blauparts sells genuine Audi parts. At least when I ordered their valve cover kit they were aftermarket.

For What I know they have some cracks but they are not ripped yet as I dont hear any clicking noise when I turn.

Does the Baluparts good enough to last sometime or should I order from the dealer? Are there any other sites that sells Audi OEM parts for cheap?

I've ordered from audipartsonline.com before. Since I live so close to where they are based out of I was able to get my last order within one day. Pretty creepy how fast it was now that I think of it.
