how do u pull the engine out of a 1.8 b5 do u gotta drop it out of the bottom or will it just come out of the engine bay through the top im taking the trans out too

 

Take it out the front. Remove the bumper and lock carrier. Swing the condensor over to the side wiht the lines. If its got lines on both sides youll have to drain and fill the ac system. Have a shop do that. Then just pull the engine right out the front of the car.
