I am going to see and drive a CPO 2009 A4 2.0 on Monday. The car has 34,000 miles. Most likely, I will be making an offer as it is at my local dealer.

Here are a few questions I have:

1. Being the last day of the month, what percentage under asking price should I offer? I was thinking 5-7%?
2. Can I negotiate the Audi Care maintenance into the deal? What is the normal dealer cost for this?
3. If the tires aren't new or nearly new, I will ask for them to be replaced. Is this acceptable?
4. If the brakes have not been done yet, should I ask/demand that they do so?


I'm sure I am missing a lot, which is why I am posting here. What advice/input do you have which will help me get the best value/deal?
