actually im seriously thinking about either selling my 2.8 for a turbo car possibly the 1.8t or just putting a supercharger. i love the 2.8 luxuries, but being surrounded by turbo cars makes me want one

 

I would have to say I only envy the cheap bolt on horsepower. It costs too much money to make decent upgrades in the 2.8. But I might change my mind as far as turbo's go when I get my project car going here. I bought a 1970 Datsun 240z and I plan on putting a VG30DETT (Nissan 300zx Twin Turbo) in it. 280hp, 285ft/lbs. All that wrapped into a 2500 plus or minus pound car. But until then, no, no turbo envy. Because my engine doesn't break down, just my stupid lame tiptronic tranny, DAMN DAMN DAMN!

 

Agree with you there Smo, mine was a near-500hp TTZ - no turbo envy for me...yet. When it hits, it's S4 time.
