and yes those are the right rotors. I replaced my wheel bearing while i did this you need to rent a bearing press and I got my rear wheel bearing from advanced, only like $8 a side so if they go bad its no biggie.
well im going to skip the bearings i think until they go bad... Im sure I could get another 20k miles out of them... I dont need to remove them to get the rotor off do i?

Sorry for the late response. Was away this afternoon and just got back. FYI that is the correct rear rotors for 96-01 A4 1.8T Non Q. The lug threads are meant to be there.

We have two warehouses that we ship from and normally if the order goes out from CA where I am I can physically pull the parts and take a look see before or after shipping. onepoint8tee's order shipped from our PA warehouse so I will not have more info on why it says Brembo when the database says ATE until tomorrow.

We have only started sponsoring this forum last month and we are here to stay. Forums here are much more intimate than the other Audi forum. Maybe numbers have something to do with it but we think it is the caliber of people.

eCarToys is founded by a group of auto enthusiasts and we are open to Group Buy ideas, clubs' group DIY events and giveaways. If anyone in So Cal is interested in doing a group Timing belt change or similar we would be happy to help with special prices and freebie parts. If not in So Cal also please feel free to drop me a line and I will see what I can do to help.

These rotors have screw threads where the lug bolts go through... Does this mean I have to take out the old bolts/studs and the rotor doesnt just slide off??? Will I have to take out the studs and screw them into the new rotors?? ARE THESE THE RIGHT ROTORS!?

Easier to use new one cause you gotta remove the old races in the old rotor and risk damaging them. So you gotta remove the old races, two, inner and outter and reinstall them or get new ones and just install them on the new rotor. Wheel bearing are like $10 a side at advanced or autozone.
