Hey, i was out till late last night and my 03 3.0 was running like a champ. But when i got in the car this morning, it did not run like a champ.[:@] .........It seems to "rumble", and you can especially feel it in 1st through 3rd. my rpm's seem to be accurate, and i put new spark plugs in recently. If it's a misfire, Its steady all the way through, its not like random misfiring here and there. I thought it was just due to the colder weather but its not going away. Im just wondering if theres anything you guys recommend i can check or look at myself when i get out of work. any ideas?? Thanks!

 

You installed new plugs recently - the two things I would do in that regard would be to double-check that the gap is correct (which it probably is, since the car ran well recently), and also make sure that the spark wires are all still firmly attached, and that none of them came loose. That'd be a quick initial check. You might also get your ECU scanned - never know if something could've triggered a code but not a light.

p.s...... i was def. DRIVING my car last night......but it ran fine all the way untill i parked, did a little gremlin jump under my hood over night??? hahah
