yeah i ordered 2 new bolts already. i didnt really wanna hack into the bumper cause im not sure how long its gunna take on a new one, but i may end up doin that tommrow. plus my chip comes in so i can take a ride to my body shop and see if they can do something.

 

you dont have to cut into the bumper. either cut the head off so you can remove the bumper and then have enough room to use the screw extractor from sears to get the rest OR just cut a slit into the top and remove it when a socket wrench and flat head screwdriver bit.

 

Those hand held impact screwdrivers really work pretty good for stuff like that. If you can dremel or hacksaw a slot in it, you can usually get it to turn with the impactdriver.
