WAIT.... Go and put them both in the air, and turn them on. I know this sound stupid but just do it. Let me know if they work.

I will let you know soon. Just waiting for the my car to come home. My sis took it and told me that they are stuck. So she has my car and it is in this condition without me looking at it yet.

Sometimes, the wiper gets stuck under the other & they will not move at all, cos they get jammed. 90% sure thats what it will be.

Ok, lifted them up and turned them on. They turned on and where moving side to side and then they froze up (this is when they were lifted up from the windshield)
Its a rainy day here in T.O. and I turned them on and they seized half way. Then I turned car on (NOT TOTALY ON, but u know, half way on) and off alot (like 10 times) then they reached the maximum point and went back down.
DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO, I NEED THESE TO GET FIXED OR I CANT DRIVE THE CAR. CRAP!!!!
Anyone know what I should do?
Thanks guys

Ok, this is really weird. I lifted the wipers and turned them on to full and then slowly moved down each interval, they moved, so therefore they worked. Then I sprayed some windsheild washer fluid on the windsheild and then the wipers were wiping (dont know if I spelled it right) fine. It was drizziling now and turned them on, and they work. All this happend after lifting them up and turning them on. Any ideas of what was happening?

Sometimes the wipers get stuck under each other and have a fit. Glad it is all ok now. It may be worth taking the top one off so you can adjust were it sits. Thats what I did. . . . Just make sure you dont move it too much other wise it goes off the side of the windshield
