Ugh... windshield defrost doesn't work...

Ugh... windshield defrost doesn't work...
So... this problem just started. When I hit the defrost button on the HVAC control it blows full blast out on the main vents instead of the defroster.
I haven't Vag'd the HVAC yet. Anyone know what the hell is wrong?
