Would the fuse blow before the headlight in all cases?
99% yes. One thing I did a mistake while I was installing my gauge light cable. I took out the fuse box open the plastic cases and I unscrewed all the screws. It mistake I did was I left the box all open alone and it touch the metal part on the side of the car and I saw a spark. it cost me a fuse to replace. I was lucky nothing happened. If you did a same mistake that I did, you might blown some other fuses. better you check all the fuses if you get a chance. did you check evetyhing in the car (other lights, tail lights, fogs, radio, ac , heater etc..)

I'll give you a call I think saturday after my brother left. You also got my number right ?

I need your #, will you PM it to me? I havent checked all fuses, but everything else works.. Ill have to check on the tail/brake lights though. the high beam works in it, but its just the low beam, so i think the wiring would be ok?
Is it easy to take the bulb out and see if it is blown?

there are at least 2 fuses for the headlights. A mini bus fuse (along the top of the fuse panel) and a regular size bus fuse. The mini Fuse is somewhere in the upper right hand corner. I don't remember where the other is. Search on Audiworld. I think that is where I found the fuse panel layout.
