i did some searching....and cant find out what all i need for a cone filter setup....or how to install it....i have a B6 A4

All you really need is a hose clamp, attach it right to your MAF if you want, won't hurt anything.

that is a b5, but shouldn't be much different..... and i would definatly get a new heatshield, like the one in the pic, or can we say, heat soak?

i think the stock air box is good enough, ur gonna make a short ram to suck in hot engine bay air

^^^^^^^^^^^Thats what the intercooler is for NOOB!

Ha ha at least thats what cincy called me when i told him an air filter can get heatsoak on a 1.8T.

i cant seem to get the airbox off where the MAF sensor attaches any tips.
