You will also have to do some minor fender trimming on a '98. ECS gives you instructions on how to trim the fender and where to trim. If are not feeling comfortable trimming them you can take it to a shop but that could start to get expensive. The silverstars are a nice bulb though I've seen them before and it's the closest you'll get to having an HID IMO.

 

You'll have to decide if you are able to do the fender trimming/wiring. It's not terribly hard, it took me about 2 hours total time to install mine.
