does this look like a fix-it-yourself job or a take-it-to the shop job?

not sure on the 2.8l

if the coil packs are similar to the 1.8t i would say you can eliminate p0300-p0303 with buying new coil packs. pretty easy, other codes i am not sure. I bet someone with tech experience could get you in the right direction. sorry i am of no other help

A missfire will cause 02 sensor/cat codes because unburnt fuel is going into the cats and causing freakish readings. Definately check/replace plugs first. Swap the coil packs around to see if the codes follow the coil packs before buying new ones.

sounds like P0116 could be the cause code says coolant thermostat - poor connection - wiring - ECT sensor the stat is the first on the list
