where to ground and remote turn on for an amp

Im puttin in 2 subs and an amp... Im curious on what everyone used to ground the amp in a 98 a4 1.8T... and what wire to tap in to to have the remote turn on wire working right...

Any help/suggestion will be appriciated

for the ground, as far as i know you can ground on any piece of metal that is a body/frame part of the car.

I grounded on a random bolt under the back seat.

for remote on, you just run a wire to the 75x under the dash....

I grouded to a random body bolt in the trunk under the carpet. as for remote lead I rand a wire from trunk to the fuse panel and tapped into the phone option power circuit as it is switched by the ignition and I don't have a phone for the car lol works mint with my 1600watt mtx
