Crap, I think I can get the clips from the guy I bought the skirt from...200.00 bones a side? 1000.00 to paint...**** man thats alot. If it is true then screw it. I will sell the thing and buy an S4.

 

hate to say it you could get it all painted at maaco unless you have silver paint. then a body shop needs to paint it cuz silver and white are the hardest colors to match

 

I say go for it. I think the s4 bumpers are sweet. Dont put the badges on thou. And if u can't afford to get it painted and matched properly then dont do it.

 

check with body shops first. they charge usually $40 and hour for labor and taking of all the bumoers is about a 10 hour job (in body shop time) and then they charge you about $60 an hour to paint and that would take about 12-14 hours (body shop time) and then they charge you for paint supplys ussually about 18/hour that takes the same amount of time as the actual painting. then they charge you about $40/hour to reinstall all the bumpers.

about 1856.00 for the paint (This is an estimate from custom car crafters in austin texas. They did the overhaulin lance armstrong GTO)

about 1245 for the parts

Yeah I saw that site...his 2.8 looks hot with the molding and just the painted A4 lip...
My thing is I have always felt it is a waste of money to make a Mailbu a Chevelle SS per se,
So...Hell I don't know what I am going to do. I would rather just have the chip and tip chip that sweet molding.

 

RS4 front, S4 Sides... i'd go with RS4 back, but most people hate it. then again, i kinda like the RS4 sides (v1) so what do i know?
