'02 A6 3.0 AWD Maintance
Hello everyone, I am new to the forums and I want to first thank everyone for all they do. I just bought a 02 A6 3.0 AWD with 67k on it and I am wondering about maintance. Is there something I should look out for as far as maintance is concerned? Oil changes every 10K??? Checking fluids etc.. Any help would be greatly appreicated.
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.

RE: '02 A6 3.0 AWD Maintenance
There is a page from the Bentley's manual with a summary of the service intervals and what needs to be done. I will see if I can dig out the softcopy I saved somewhere very safe.
If the car was serviced at the dealer, they should be able to pull up the maintenance history with using the VIN.
The only thing everyone does before the scheduled service is the timing belt. It says 105k miles, but there are known issues with that. So most change around 80-90k miles. You have some way yet. It's a big job.
I thought the diff fluid was a fill for life, same as the coolant fluid. Coolant will most likely get flushed and changed when you get the TB and waterpump etc. done, as you are in there already.
Do a search on the forums on Timing Belt (TB) Intervals. It's discussed almost weekly.
Keep an eye on the fluids (monthly depending on how much you drive). Even though your mileage is on the lower end, any reducing fluid levels (coolant, steering, oil) are a good indication of a potential issue that may need to be addressed before it gets worse and more expensive to fix.
Enjoy your new car and welcome to the forum.
