Default 6 speed swap

Does anyone have any resources regarding a 6 speed swap on a 2000 2.7t? Having torque converter issues and just want to get it out of the loop.

Just speculating, but here would be my guess:

Transmission
Flywheel and clutch
Throwout bearing
Clutch slave cylinder
Clutch master cylinder
Clutch line
pedal assembly
underdash wiring harness (clutch sensors for the cruise control, console display, lighting, etc.) Probably need to remove the dash to install.
center console
instrument cluster
possibly a driveshaft as the auto and manual may be different lengths
possibly a rear differential if the ratios are different

Cheaper by far to replace the torque converter then trade for a car witha manual. But that wouldn't be nearly as much "fun".

Good luck,

Bob
