ive has this broke for like couple months now, the tempature guage will not go up at all, stays at the bottom at all times. does anyone know what it might be or if its just a sensor of some sort? need to replace this asap, im not knowing if the car is over heating or not.

 

Temp sensor... could be unplugged or broke.

can anyone direct me to a site where i can order this from.. i dont want to order the wrong part on accident or get a shitty quality sensor..

You should specify what 99 A6 you have; however this is one place where you can find the sensor.
