Thanks bunch guys.There was damage , on the right fender and and the front right side of the bumper.Not much though.But still needs some work done. He is not replacing the fenders (he is also fixing a minor damage on the left fender that happened earlier) but fixing them and the bumpers.Yes, he said he will mix a couple of color to paint it.And he will do waxing to the whole car.
The cops said there is no fault insurance in new york even though it is 100% her fault , reporting it would increase my insurance.Why I didnt cahse her? Cos my right fender was blocking my right tire and I was moving very slowly. That was my first accident and it really sucks.
