it will only come back on if there is a problem so if not you sorted it, you might have hit some cold water and that would trigger the rear o2 sensor if the cold water hit it and the CEL has to be reset

how do you reset it? i think it might of gotten bumped when the guys was wiping up from the oil change

if the CEL is on you would need a diagnostic tool like VAG to turn it off

i already did that a couple of days ago and so far it hasn't come back on. should i still be worried about it then?

Don't be concerned unless it comes back on.. If I we you I'd check the wires at the sensors to make sure they are on tight. Thye might have been jared loose.
