Hello,
Son's car 2002 A6 Quatro 2.7T. Been Starting, idling fine and running fine. Just the other day about 40 miles into a drive, car died. He pulled over to side of the road and waited a few minutes, car started up and drove 5 more miles home. Have not driven since but starts right up. Codes turned up:
P0103
P0172
P0175
Approx 160,000 miles.
Anyone have suggestion on where to look or what section of this forum to search or ask?

Based on the codes it sounds like a bad mass airflow sensor.

 

hello I have a very big issue my 02 A6 died while driving the day before yesterday an hour away from home and it's sitting on the side of the road. I was driving I heard a thud then the car died still had electrical power though and I had to pull it off to the side of the road. My baby will not start and I'm seeing gas in my oil it turns but will not turn over I have spark but it is minimal and I'm getting backfire but it will not start please help me
