Couple days ago i started the engine, drove for like 100 feet and saw the checking engine flashing! Pulled on the side right away, turned off the engine and started again, the flashing light was gone, never came back. So, what it could be?!

Something similair happened to me a few times. It wasnt flashing though, it just came on. Went into the house, came out an hour later with the VAG COM and the light was gone. Seems to happen to me if my hand slips on the key and wind up turning the key again after the car is started.

 

Flashing check engine light indicates a misfire. Theres multiple possible causes for a misfire including ignition and fuel problems.
