Hesitates / RPMs cut out when warm
I posted this in the audiworld forums, but no responses.
When the temperature is above 40 degrees or so, and the engine is fully warmed up, I start having a problem with hesitation.
When I stop for a stop sign, or traffic light, once I start moving again, the car bucks and sputters like it's out of gas...until it hit about 2200 RPM in second gear (but not first.) Then the power returns to normal. It's a slow crawl to 15MPH (much to the chagrin of people behind me.)
If I let the engine cool for about 5 minutes, it will be okay for a few minutes. It's getting warmer out now and I am noticing it more so even the six mile ride home is becoming a problem.
The check engine light has not come on and there are no codes stored for engine or tranny.
Any advice is appreciated!
