Are there factory intercooler installed on the A6?I dont remember seeing anything about them on the internet or on these forums. Also when I got the car, the sales dude said that it had a big and a small turbo, it this true or are they the same size?

There are 2 factory intercoolers, one on each side, just outboard of the bumper shock mounts on the frame rails. Both turbos are the same size. I assume the sales dude is not at an Audi dealer which would explain why he doesn't know s**t !

ya your dealer must have thought he was selling you a BMW. your turbos are the same size. they both look different but they are the same size

the innercoolers are the same as the S4 and are good enough. as I said make sure you get dp's and I use the intake spacers to help with the intake temps because the inntercoolers are having a hard time keeping up with the boost I am running

when you do need to upgrade your turbos you can get fueling from Vast performance that works with the x chip I am thinking about doing this when I get back in the next few weeks.

PPgoal.....did you ever own a pasatt?

Sorry about all the turbo questions, I'm just not tryin to have these things go up on me, I know they will some day but still, but if the K04 areOEM parts, the warranty will cover it.
