Arrow Instrument cluster part numbers/ swapping question

I have a 2000 4.2, I know only the 4.2 or 2.7t auto clusters will work in the car but I have no idea what the appropriate part numbers are. I tried to get them from audi today and they all of a sudden arent allowed to give out part numbers. Im trying to avoid taking mine out prematurely but I cannot find any list of part number online. If anyone knows what part number will fit I will greatly appreciate it.

I am on the verge of picking one up with the part# 4BO 920 981 G, as far as the seller describes it is for my car but I am hoping for a definite answer. Thanks in advance

(on a side note)Just out of curiousity will a 2002-2004 cluster fit and if so would it also have to be a 2.7t or 4.2 model?
