Lemon Law lawyer in Northern NJ

Bought the car CPO (07 4.2 Sline) less than a year back. Constant problems, car's been out of service well over 30 days. Worst issues: audi shudder, ECM failure, cat. converter replaced, throttle body failure, wiring harness to throttle body replaced/repaired 3 times.
Waiting for ESP/Check eng/EPC/trac contrl ligths to come on has turned into a hobby....is that enough?

I went through a Lemon law case on a 2001 A6 4.2 back in 2004 in Wisconsin. Lemon Laws will vary from state to state somewhat but I do think you HAVE to be the Original owner of the vehicle from brand new in order to have a Lemon Law case potential. Since you are the second owner of this vehicle you will not qualify for a Lemon law. Look into "Magnus Moss warranty act" as that law can apply to secondary owners. Again it may be different in NJ but your best bet is to just call a Lemon Law attorney and they'll tell you if you qualify for either.

In addition, it typically applies to recurring issues that are not addressed by repeated repairs, meaning if you have different issues poping up, than it does not apply. But since you have reoccurring issue with the throttle body, you may have a case.
