Lost psi with new bov's

Lost psi with new bov's
Hey guys just bought two new bov's for my 2.7 and installed them and now i lost a bit of psi. The bov are adjustable but they are still at full recirculation and it still wont budge. Before i had the stock ones and they worked fine but wanted to make it sound a bit meaner and also swap out those plastic ones. Any ideas would help
