UPDATE, I plugged the TCM back in and the car started without problem.
But now the gas pedal is disable and I don't need to press the brake pedal to go in any gear from Park...

Any diagnosis now ?

 

sounds like your tcm is toast.

 

Last try ... blow dry it by use a hair dryer in warm setting. If still not working, shokan.com should be your best bet. Price is about 50% of original part

If you have US addr across the border, send it there cheaper (domestic vs Int'l shipping) and drive there and pickup
