hello, I need help on maintenance of my 2001 A6 2.7T quattro. It has automatic transmission. I recently purchased this vehicle and I don't know what is the best way to service the transmission. I could not find any useful resources in the web. Please help me what to do.

Your tranny is sealed and suppossed to be maintenance free (according to the stealersip). I would take it to a local AUDI Indy and have them crack the pan, flush the tranny, and replace the gaskets and fluid. Are you experiencing rough shifts or odd RPM fluctuations? If so, time to service. Try a search on this topic. It has been covered many times before and may lead to some more detailed instructions. Good Luck!
