Default Proper rotor size for 3.0 avant?

My favorite parts guy recently told me he has 3 thickness dimensions (255, 256, and 269) listed for the rear rotors on my 2002 3.0L wagon. Does anyone know what the proper dimension is or how to determine? The current ones are pretty worn so I can't imagine you could get an accurate reading.
Thanks in adv.
