Hey guys,

Does anyone know if you can take out the stereo with anything other than those insert tools that they say your supposed to do it with? I'm trying to get to the back of the unit but not sure if I can stick anything in those slits to pull the unit out.

You can make your own tools to disengage the radio but it is a lot easier to just get them for a few dollars on Ebay. The shape is importnt because it pushes the tabs so the unit can be removed.
