i heard downshifting is horrible for teh quattro system??

 

If you wouldn't do it with a stick?!!?!? Why would you do it with a tip?!?! I have never seen somebody with a stick (and a nice car) down shift that dramtic... For it doesn't use gas... you would go further and save more gas in low rpms with less dmg / slowing at the same rate.

 

i dunno about nice car ... bc if i had a ferrari id be downshifting all the time lol but i dont think downshifting in an audi is good ... have to agree w wam
