I have a sick set of M3 rims that ive got my hands on and want to put it on my 01 A6 . Does anyone know if they will fit?

no, it won't work to just put the tires on; the first number (5) is the number of bolts, and then the second number (120/112) is the bolt diameter http://www.buywheelstoday.com/FAQ/?id=1009 which is obviously different

 

won't fit. 114.3 is the closest you can get with "wobble bolts" and questionable safety.
