I am a new owner of a 2001 A6 Quattro 2.7 The windows will not roll up or down, the sunroof will not go back and forth, the inner lights and locks do not work. They all went out at the same time. The radio, air, auto heated seats still work and everything on the outside works & the hazard lights come on for no reason. Fuse 14 (10 amp) is blown When I replaced it the lights worked but the fuse blew again. Thank you for any help.

 

After reading others problems with this I took the carpet up to check the harness the black box under the drivers seat that hold what I think is the ICU was holding a lot of water. I will see is I can add a picture.

 

THis is what I took out from the drives seat that had a lot of water in it. Is the icu or ecu? If I buy one from ebay do I have to program/recode it? Please help
