Question, I have a 2001 A8L, my buddy got a 1997 A8 parts car and i was wondering if the passenger side axle and upper control arms would fit my 2001? Are they interchangeable???

The drive axles are the same 97-03...interchangeable.

The upper control arms are also the same, with the possible exception of very early 97's made before 11-96 (check production label on 97).

Front end, lower front control arms 97-99 are not the same as 2000-03, but front lower rears are interchangeable, though.
