Default 2004 AUDI A8 possible owner help needed ASAP from all please

I am about to buy a 2004 Audi A8L black with AR leather and every possible option for 44000.00 on tuesday, car is certified till 2010 or 100K by audi...The only catch is that it was a buyback from audi in 05 for MMI issues....Is it ok to buy a "Buy Back" ...what if it is a lemon again can it become a buy back again...

Is this a good price?

I need help ASAP as I have to buy this by tuesday if I want this one...It is in excellent condition but i am worried about buying a buy back...anyone with experience or some help is greatly appreciated

As far as teh price goes, if I were you I'd do a search on www.Cars.com, www.AutoTrader.com, and any other place I can think of, to check prices LOCAL to your area. What may be a phenominal deal, here in DC, wouldn't neccissairly be so in Bismark...

for teh buyback/possible lemon thingie... try doing a little research HERE. Lemon Laws differ from state-to-state.

Good luck. Hope everyting works out to your benefit, either way.

yeah, check the lemon laws. if you're covered by the lemon laws and do the research suggested above only to find it to be a great deal, then definitely go for it. also check the kelleybluebook value for your area at www.kbb.com.

Good Luck! Definitely research and consider it! Esp. with the 100k mile warranty!

This just in...

With the cost of gas rising, some of our most *cherished* motors are becoming more affordable (to purchase, anyway, to own and operate, not so much...

2003 W12 Phaetons and inching down to teh $50K range. It's JUST LIKE an Audi, without all that messy *value* so many people seem to crave.
used A8L's are comin down in price, too, I noticed. I think I saw an '05 on somebodies lot, yesterday, for under $85K

Now, when the price of an '03/'04 SL65AMG comes down to about $15k, where I can reach it
