Fixed it.

-Remove the center vents (allen screw under there)
-remove console side panels (2 allen screws each side)
-then the whole upper console comes forward.
-unscrew the 4 allen screws that hold in the HVAC head unit
-with the hvac head unit now out, you can remove the front faceplate and replace the burnt bulb
-reassemble and your good to go !
