Default Massive Hydrolic Leak

2003 A8L - have a sudden massive 1/2 gallon hydrolic oil leak under the drivers side engine. Now the leak is not happening? No warning lights on? all fluid levels are fine PS and Break fluid and coolant? Is there a sealed unit that would contain this much fluid? Car at the dealer now and they cannot detect a leak? please help

Your transmission, fluid color will be brownish not red. Have them check the fluid level.

How could they not find it??? maybe it was there from someone else?

Was it clear liquid?

A/C condensor condensation drips right there as well.

Default Thanks

I think the fluid was from the radiator, although I could not tell if the fluid was red. When the car got to the dealer all the fluid had evaporated and they could find a leak. They road tested the car and nothing. I think once the car is hot it will leak again. Thanks for your help and good think for the extended warranty with an Audi, you need it.
