All those parts have to be ordered from the dealer.

lol^^^ theres one cup holder in the center console, but it has to be a small cup. germans dont believe in driving while drinking or eating. built in garage door opener should be on the driver sunvisor. and everything else can be ordered at the dealer.

The dealership can help you out with all of that stuff. The Nav CD will cost you anywhere between $350 and $500. Just like "tru pimp" said, all you have is one cup holder and that's it. Anyway, good luck with everything.
