Has anyone ever swapped out the standard steering wheel for the "wood" steering wheel? What can you tell me about the complexity of the job...

I'm guessing the biggest PITA is the airbag. Other than that, it doesn't look too difficult. In your case, I'm assuming that you want to swap from a 4-spoke leather to a 4-spoke wood steering wheel, right? I think the swap from a 4-spoke to a 3-spoke with tiptronic (which is what I'd like to do) may be more difficult, since I don't know if the 3-spoke wheel has the same controls (i.e., volume wheel, selector wheel, etc.).

Hopefully we'll get more input here than in my thread(s). Not a very talkative crowd around here it seems...
