Dear all,

My wife's Audi Q7 started pouring water inside the car. I've never seen anything like this before. The only way to describe it is water running from behind the glove compartment (passenger side) to the floor.

As you know, both the coolant and the window washing liquids are in that side of the car, but both are intact and in perfect shape. The car does not show any kind of indication of something being wrong other than:

1) I have water (large amounts of water) on that side of the car

2) The AC vents seems to blow some type of mist (hard to describe it)

Have anyone seen anything like this? It was a very hot day where the Q7 was stopped in traffic for 20-30 min (around 2pm) due to an accident, and my wife usually closes half the front vents. I was wondering if it can just be a very bizarre case of condensation happening inside the car instead of outside. Thoughts?

 

I have had water build up due to the drains in the water compartments near the hood hind ges blocking up and not allowing water to vent out of the bottom
