I don't have any problem from 1st to 2nd, I do have a hard time getting into reverse (or out of reverse) sometimes.

Just shift early, depending on what turbo you have you may want to shift early anyways during hard acceleration because our boost almost cuts out after 5.5k anyways...
Thats when the power starts to fall off. If you shift by 6k you stay in the heart of the powerband.

you've got to push down on the shift ****.

I was telling my friend that I didn't know if my car could take his GTI 2.0T DSG becauseI thought I was a horrible shifter. I guess if everyones 0-60 times reflect the same second gear shift problem I might be able to take him.Him stock 200hp - Me chipped 215ish hp.

****..when I put the car in reverse the first time to leave the dealership I damn near injured myself.

Syncro's suck as stated before, you can help it drastically with a Poly Dogbone mount, and Redline. Those two items are getting ordered tonight. The dogbone helps because the tranny moves a little and doesn't help with gear engagement. I will be racing mine once it warms up so these two items are mandatory for me
