I wouldn't mind doing this to add some fun to the car before I sell it. If there is someone in the Orlando area that has done the Diode modification to increase the boost on the turbo--I'd be willing to pay you to do this.

are you kidding me? Strip back a couple wires and solder in a diode. Takes 10mins. Cant really screw anything up. If you install it backwards, it wont start, just flip it and you are good.

 

Where do we buy the Diode?

I tried to find one for the MAF and had no luck...

ya'll also need a mbc to do anything , diodes dont increase anything .

 

I have the MBC and not the diode. I have not installed the MBC as of yet!
Just wanting to find someone who has done this before.
Cincy TT I do mean MAF Mass air flow sensor, mine does not have the diode! I looked to replace the Maf and some have the diode and some don't. Mine does not and it does not work so I have been running Maf-Less. I bought a new one and it ran shitty, now without the Maf runs great. I just want a little more boost without setting the limp mode>
