Audi TT-I Need Help with Filling Washer Fluid

I recently divorced and got the Audi TT 2001. The ex still has the manual. The washer fluid is out. I can't tell where the washer tank is. Do I have to remove one of the sound/cover panels to find it?

Driver side fender. Just a blue cap. Towards the rear of the engine bay on the driver side, just behind front wheel.
