Both are nice kits. Im not 100% certain that you have to lose the washers w/ the forge kit, but im sure you can make it fit to keep them.
Honestly, if you dont drive your car in bad weather, i wouldnt worry to much about losing the washers. All they are really good for is melting ice/snow and covering your hood with ww fluid.
