Red face clutch???? help

okay I have a 2001 Audi TT s i Convertible I let my girlfriend drive it home one night and she rev the engine and ride the clutch let it out very slowly and the next day when I go to drive it with it in gear and going I hear a slightlike grinding sound. keep in mind she's drove the car a few times and she ride the clutch a lot because she cannot shift it didn't ruin my clutch or is it my transmissionit shifts and everything but when you're driving it makes a grinding sound like the plates are grinding together but I don't know for sure I don't know anything about magnetic clutches I'm pretty sure that's what these haveif anybody has any ideas I'd appreciate it thank you very much
